Nonsense,Biden has been telling Israel to back off but Netanyahu has gone rogue, the whole area is going to get bombed back to the middle ages and then things will calm down for 20 years or so. Thank you for another example of sub par reasoning capacity. With that in mind, could I ask whose technologies are the Israelis using? Answers on a post card to, "Sorry I havent a clue" BBC Radio 4 London They are using any weapons they have got, they have their own armaments industries but no doubt they are using US supplied weaponry too,Biden doesnt want them to flatten Lebabon with it but they are going to anyway. btw dont try and do comedy because you just arent funny, you just come across as a patronising t1t.

Don`t lend him any military hardware, you may still have hanging about. There`s enough trouble in the Forest of Dean already. Tips on hunting wild boar. Not to be confused with wild bore. 😁 I know AI is scary, but after posting this comment my news feed popped in a story about boars in the Forest of Dean. 😬

Yes, I do wonder. I am beginning to feel that we (the Royal We (USA)) have decided to make a stand. That it's clear we cannot negotiate our way out of this. So it's become a "well, eff you then" and unleash the superiority in technology with Israel as proxy? Those that have far more knowledge of these matters than I (Nobby for one, perhaps Baldrick) May disagree Nonsense,Biden has been telling Israel to back off but Netanyahu has gone rogue, the whole area is going to get bombed back to the middle ages and then things will calm down for 20 years or so. Netanyahu hasn't gone rogue, at least not yet. The current reports suggest Biden is acquiescing with regards to threats against Iran directly, but trying to limit them.

As I understand it, it's a storage facility nearby not the airbase itself. By chance, it's thought to be storing ammunition destined for the Ukraine conflict as well as Hezbollah.

The base is one of the main supply depots for Iranian weapons going not only to Russia, but also Hezbollah and other groups in the ME.

I honestly do not believe that Netanyahu and the far right MPs that back him have any red lines any more. What started out as a justifiable response to a merciless and brutal attack by Hamas is becoming more and more like an apocalypse with no red lines. I thoroughly believe he will flatten the Lebanon if he feels it would help his cause. But at least his actions are indirectly helping Ukraine!! Yes, I do wonder. I am beginning to feel that we (the Royal We (USA)) have decided to make a stand. That it's clear we cannot negotiate our way out of this. So it's become a "well, eff you then" and unleash the superiority in technology with Israel as proxy? Those that have far more knowledge of these matters than I (Nobby for one, perhaps Baldrick) May disagree I do not believe that Israel will conduct a full-blown invasion of Lebanon. I think they are looking to create a buffer zone of maybe 25 to 30 miles. If only Hezbollah had not been sending missiles into Israel every day ( for one year now) then things would have been different.

Massive blast near Beirut airport as Israeli strikes intensify..by Aoife Walsh & Emily Atkinson, with Nafiseh Kohnavard, Orla Guerin & Hugo Bachega reporting from Lebanonichef.bbci.co.uk/ace/standard/1024/cpsprodpb/d294/live/29812780-821c-11ef-ad45-893aa022fcbc.jpgIsraeli air strikes on Lebanon are intensifying, with massive blasts reported in southern Beirut One strike hit just outside the city's international airport close to the suburb of Dahieh, a Hezbollah stronghold - the airport still appears to be operating Officials tell US media a key target of the strikes was Hezbollah's next potential leader Hashem Safieddine. His condition is unknown Lebanon's health ministry says 37 people have been killed in Israeli ground and air attacks in the past 24 hours, taking the total death toll to more than 2,000 since last October There are also reports a major road connecting Lebanon with Syria, where tens of thousands of people have been fleeing, has been cut off in bombing In Iran, the supreme leader is due to lead Friday prayers for the first time in nearly four years

'Beirut is now a war zone': More Israeli strikes hit Hezbollah area in Lebanese capital..by Owen Amos and Ian Aikmanichef.bbci.co.uk/ace/standard/1024/cpsprodpb/5bfb/live/47b800d0-82d9-11ef-ad45-893aa022fcbc.jpgA leader of Hamas's armed wing was killed in the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli, Reuters reports, citing Hamas-affiliated media. Saeed Atallah was killed alongside three family members by an Israeli strike on a Palestinian refugee camp, according to the report. The Israeli military has not commented. We'll bring you more when we have it. Here's more on the apparent killing of Saeed Atallah, a leader of Hamas's armed wing, which we mentioned earlier. Hamas-affiliated newspaper Filastin reports he was killed in a strike on the Beddawi Palestinian refugee camp in Tripoli, northern Lebanon, along with three members of his family. An-Nahar, a Lebanese daily newspaper, says his wife and two children were among the dead. It also says the air strike - which An-Nahar attributed to an Israeli drone - completely destroyed the apartment Atallah and his family were staying in. While Hamas has yet to confirm the death, Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), an allied militant group, also says Atallah, his wife and two daughters were killed.

There are 10,000 UN troops in South Lebanon (UNIFIL). They are supposed to ensure the area is demilitarized by Hezbollah. They have failed.

Crowds are blocking roads in London.
Muslim Hamas supporters. Muslim Hezbollah supporters. Actual Muslim terrorists. Strange Muslim terrorist supporting middle class Wokeriety. Antisemites. This as we approach October the 7th. Poor Jewish people.
It's against the law to block the Kings highway these days.
Where are the Peelers?
That b'stard Kahn,backed by 2TK.

IDF says it has killed 440 Hezbollah fighters, as UN warns of refugee crisis in Lebanon..by Sean Seddon and Emily Atkinsonichef.bbci.co.uk/ace/standard/1024/cpsprodpb/d6ea/live/b5685e00-8346-11ef-83dd-fbf1b9732cf0.jpgIsraeli military spokesman Daniel Hagari says 440 Hezbollah fighters have been killed since the start of Israel's ground invasion into southern Lebanon on Monday night. He says that includes 30 commanders. Hezbollah has not said how many of its members have been killed. We’ve just heard from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has addressed Iran’s missile attack on his country earlier this week. He describes it as "one of the largest ballistic missile attacks in history." He continues: “No country in the world would accept such an attack on its cities and citizens, and Israel will not accept it either. "Israel has the duty and the right to defend itself and respond to these attacks - and we will do so.”

I wonder how many of those arrested will be jailed by the end of next week. I wonder if the Met Police will be viewing footage of the march yesterday to identify those with banners displaying "I ❤️ Hezbollah" arresting them, putting them in front of a judge and being jailed by the end of next week. I think I know the answer to both.

I think I know the answer to both. If any of those were attacking police, starting fights, throwing bricks, smashing up mosques & churches, desecrating memorials and they plead guilty then I would hope they will be dealt with exactly the same as the Southport & associated riots. If they plead not guilty then a case against them put together as quickly as possible and dealt with accordingly. I would also expect those showing support for Hamas & Hezbollah to be dealt with as the law demands for proscribed organisations.

Which they won't, as there is a double standard in this country towards Islam. BTW, when is the trial for the Muslim men that attacked police at Manchester airport again? I'm asking as 79 year old Doris who said something nasty online will probably want to read about it in the sun from her prison cell.
