Bank Job.

Went to pop into the Fishponds Road Nat West Bank yesterday,but it was closed due to unforeseen circumstances.
A note on the door advised customers to use the Kingswood branch.
Turns out, yesterday first thing, there was an attempted robbery at the Fishponds branch.
Bank may be closed for a couple of days to give staff time to get over the shock.No one was physically hurt.

During my 25 years in banking I was involved in 3 raids. One with a doubled barrelled shotgun being pointed directly at me. Not a pleasant experience so I can fully understand the need for the branch to remain closed whilst staff receive counselling. |
