HMP Service civil servants have advised prison officers not to refer to prisoners as 'cons' because it could be offensive.
They suggest referring to them as eg "persons with lived experience ".Woke nonsense.
I wonder what homework went into this decision.
It's a shame these CS hav'nt got more experience.
Ironic.
