Oh so many apologies to you Mr Tupp, those comics (i'm guessing at over 1000) are worth a tidy sum today. I had over 1000 'Shoot' magazines up to about 15 years ago and sold them on e-bay for £500 as a job lot.

Alf, Matt Braddock etc. Are they valuable? UTG!

I`m not sure, Wareham. Probably. Anything that`s rare, commands a value. I know that Nobby`s collection of Gay Bondage, brought him in a pretty penny.

You have got maybe 350 comics, on e-bay the cheapest is going for £40 for 50 up to £100 for 82, various years & condition dictates. There were 1,657 issues in total from 1961-1992 and of course there was also The Victor Book for Boys.

Gianluca Vialli: Former Chelsea, Juventus, Sampdoria and Italy striker dies aged 58..Gianluca Vialli played in 752 career games scoring 282 goals for Cremonese, Sampdoria, Juventus, Chelsea, Italy U21 & Italy. ichef.bbci.co.uk/onesport/cps/800/cpsprodpb/4C5F/production/_128215591_chelsea_vialli_ecwc_getty.jpgichef.bbci.co.uk/onesport/cps/480/cpsprodpb/EDB3/production/_128215806_gettyimages-1328315466.jpgFormer Chelsea striker and manager Gianluca Vialli, who played 59 times for Italy, has died at the age 58. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2017 but said in April 2020 that he had been given the all-clear. Vialli was re-diagnosed in 2021 and in December 2022 left a role with Italy's national team to focus on his health. "Gianluca was a splendid person and he leaves a void that cannot be filled," said Italian Football Federation (FIGC) president Gabriele Gravina. "I hoped until the end that he would be able to perform another miracle. Yet I am comforted by the certainty that what he did for Italian football and the blue shirt will never be forgotten." The FIGC confirmed that a minute's silence in memory of Vialli will be held before all Italian matches this weekend.

Awful. It is something that veterans steer clear of talking about. Harry has just put a large target on his back, and that of his family. I'd imagine his protection team will start looking for other jobs.

This Alf, "If it had stopped, by the point that I fled my home country with my wife and my son fearing for our lives, then maybe this would've turned out differently. It's hard." Fearing for their lives? And then he boasts about how many Taliban he killed. How thick is he?

He looked as unhappy and mentally fragile, as it`s possible to be. Wouldn`t be at all surprised if it was announced that he`d had a complete breakdown. As for the Taliban claims, did nobody else involved with the book, point out to him that it was extremely unwise to talk about killing Muslims? Or were they more concerned with their share of the profits to be made?

Or were they more concerned with their share of the profits to be made? The publisher couldn't give a toss and are just looking for headlines. It's the people in his "team" who must have read the transcript first that are to blame, plus the ginger whinger himself for allowing those words to be written. You get the feeling that he's being badly advised. He's now toast in the UK.
