EFL cost cutting measures

Lower down the pyramid with crowds being significantly smaller - even more of a problem. I think most of tier 5-11 will be kicking of early, they simply can't afford to pay the bills. 
Even in Tier 5 there is hardly any away support, so losing away support income is not so much of an issue.
Tier 6 and below is regionalised so you wouldn't have big distances to travel, making a 12pm or 1pm kick off quite feasible if supporters do want to travel.
