PAID up means it's done already. No, it's a past participle. I think this whole post is very disrespectful of Brunt - lets kick a man when he's down This forum is getting more like OTIB everyday

Give the lad time which he needs after a bad injury Exactly he's coming back from an extremely serious and long term injury, he's not going to be the Ryan Brunt that arrived 2 seasons ago, he has to be gradually reintroduced to the team to regain his fitness, his timing, his skill levels, none of that is going to return immediately, for goodness sake give him a chance will you everyone and stop writing him off because you're expecting him to return as a world class striker that he wasn't when he first arrived.

He is fit and well according to his own twitter account. Not injured at all.

I think a loan move away could be an alternative to paying off his contract. He could go somewhere like Gloucester City or Bath City, get a good run of games, a few goals and bit of confidence with less pressure on him. A 93 day loan will take us near xmas and hopefully he could come back a better player, and if he doesn't then it will be cheaper to pay up his deal. Sad to say it but i think Ryan would have had a nightmare out there today, Cunnington has more experience and has the momentum of 2 good seasons under his belt.
