Unbeaten at home, 2 clean sheets at home, P 4, W 1, D 1, L 2, good start to the season, a point on monday and it will have been a very good weekend, by the sounds of it Martin had a good game, and Cunnington sounded a handful up front, good quality and nicely balanced look about the squad now.

Good result. Dreadful game and performance. I don't feel any better tonight after watching that.

No tongue in cheek, I have come to terms with the fact that a losing disease is running right through the club and we are suffering a massive hangover from last season which is understandable considering we are only 4 games in and 2 weeks into the new season. If i was offered 4 points from the first 4 games , two clean sheets and unbeaten at home i would have happily taken it. I don't understand why anybody thought we were going to rock up in this division and turn over the likes Grimsby & Barnet on the back of 4 years of horrific results. The first part of this season will be slow and steady and i'll take a mid table position come xmas rather than a position in the bottom 4.

So if you would have accepted 4 points from 4 and unbeaten at home at the start of the season you would have also accepted losing to a part time team? Blimey, the life and expectations of Gasheads these days. I agree with you that mid-table is where we'll be, not just for Xmas but for the majority of the season. But I would take us finishing just outside relegation if it meant Higgs and his cronies were replaced with a new team of investors.

Of course it was hard to accept losing last week, but regardless of the opposition it was an away match and that horrible habit of losing away from home still needs to be broken, the fact we got beat at Altrincham was a wake up call and that might have been more valuable than 3 points.

Good result. Dreadful game and performance. I don't feel any better tonight after watching that. Sounded from the commentary like Rovers were improving in carving out more opportunities, or was this down to Telford's ineptitude?

The reality is that the quality of football that we have seen in this league is not good and it is a poor testament to our own team that we have not won them comfortably.
There were flashes of skill particularly by Taylor but we dont seem to be operating as a team and we need a midfield general to pull the strings and dictate the game .
Godfrey Poku the Telford number 20 put on the kind of display that we lack.

A good result and 3 points today. Worth noting that Grimsby won 6.1 away to Gateshead and Barnet won 2.0 away. Still very early days in this league.
The one thing that struck me is that we won today and the thread is,at the moment 2 pages long. If we lost it would be 12. I find that sad. But expected.
