Christmas is a time for the old traditions, A fat bearded bloke comes down the chimney and leaves presents, Turkeys get nervous, my (ex) wife empties my bank account, I eat too much , BRFC (almost) always sack the manager and we're in the bottom four. I expect exactly the same to happen this year although I'll try and eat less!

That's like saying "OK fine if the car won't start the next 12 times I try it I'll accept somethings wrong but there's no way I'm taking it to the garage".

A nice candle display in the middle and an empty seat this year where my Dad should be sitting.
As for the non league table, I'm sure it will be upside down.

The last time Geoff Dunford left a role at the club we didn't lose a game for the rest of the season. Also we now have the lucky Mayan Sugar Skull.

It'll be at the Telford game. If anyone wants to touch, kiss or pray to it, it'll be be in the Wellington before the game.

Changing managers generally brings about a second half of season bounce. We didn't get it last season because we stuck with Ward. That went well. You're saying you'd rather stick with bad results and risk a relegation battle potentially into Conf South than sack the manager?

All I'm saying is if we're not as high up the league as some would like around crimbo time then should we really go through all the managerial changes we've been used to for so many years now? We have to start to build something and give the manager a bit more time than in previous years.
