And covid I believe was KP's very valid reason for not going. Not sure why towngas seems to think otherwise, nor why he's spent his afternoon laying into him. Unpleasant and unnecessary. Thanks Angas , i do appreciate you remembering but i will say that i will ALWAYS dislike having the current manager and i have been quite vociferous in my views of our owner and will not be fawning over him and saying how grateful i am t hat he paid off the debt that he caused. The difference between me and some other, more hateful people, is that i dont hate others with differing opinions and i don’t sit at my screen all day, looking to have a pop at people. How sad their lives must be if they feel such an urge. Looks like a couple have disappeared anyway, not sure whether banned or self deleted. Can you explain how WAQ caused the Wonga Loan, the UWE costs, and the day to day loss on operating pre 2016?? |

But, for the sake of balance and clarity, for KP to have liked a post that insinuated that Wael had a picture of G*** G****** was very poor. Imo! So some who recognise the good Wael has done to BRFC, irrespective of the views regarding the manager quite rightly felt that the original post was totally wrong and disrespectful and likewise for anyone liking it. It gave the impression that KP thought in a similar way. I was surprised. UTG! |

User has deleted his account. Note to all. It is impossible to read all comments in real time and we rely on users to report abuse on the Forum. Despite being a small team (and one on NZ time) we like to think that we usually investigate and resolve Reports in a timely manner. I found it very strange/suspicious that this now deleted user had an account for over 6 years, but had just started posting. Seemed pretty obvious that it was someone who had thrown their toys out of the pram (over the manager/running of the club) deleted one user name and went onto a back up one. Can you link if someone has more than one account using the same email/IP address? By the way I know you do a great job controlling us grumpy buggers! UTG We have a data base of email and IP addresses - but it's a (manageable) manual process to cross reference it. Multiple usernames are not allowed. But if you have time and apply a bit of effort there will always be ways around it. Imagine being that sad. And why bother? And if anyone wants a "grumpy bugger face off", then I should be available... Cheers. |

KP, if you can’t tell the difference between “deny my entire history” and the post you made about Wael then I can’t tell you. As I said I was very surprised at such a slur. But, as you said in your reply to me “end of”. UTG! I dont know whether it’s the lockdowns or what but it seems a fair few people get wound up very easily. It’s quite simple Angas they have little else to do and have too much time on their hands, to spout their bile filled nonsense. I used to feel part of an extended family at Rovers and i felt safe when i found a pub full of our own but , since the arrival of el presidente, i have not felt that and i do not think we can justify then tag of being the family club, certainly after what i saw and heard around youngsters, at the last game |
