I think Rodman was touted pre season for this role....but I honestly thought we turned over a stone and found a gem in Hoole? He had 2 very good games starting (Mansfield and Stevenage)? Is Rodman any better at defence than Anderson? Not seen Hoole play ,I think ,he is a a defender midfielder, round peg in round hole/Hoole. Hoole was my m o m v Mansfield, I think on the other place was voted by fans as m o m. Rodman/Anderson defence prowess is a bit like TN/Collins scoring prowess.....?

Maybe Hoole will come into the picture next season. As long as there's a fixation to play 3 at the back, Hoole will be struggling.... (On showing so far) he's decent at his defence work, but struggles when forward to make his last pass/cross/shot count, but he has energy and stamina to fit into the role dysfunctionally. Judging on his performances, he's a RB. Rodman and Anderson are cut out to attack and with Anderson giving away the pen to Oxford and getting caught out v Trannies, the writing is on the wall. So it's a dilemma....play 4 comfortably across the back, or a 3 and makeshift the rwb?
