its got to be said, it’s a tough run of fixtures we are finding form in, best form in the league. Having lead 2.0 will feel like a loss not to win though 😒

Funny it doesn’t feel like a defeat, just another honest result in extending line of them.

Thanks DrF. Supposed to be coming out tomorrow or Monday. Mystery lung problem. Only in here for exploratory keyhole surgery biopsy to try to diagnose what's wrong. Hope they found something PLEASE stay warm and try to stick a pillow so that you lay upright a little when sleeping, every single biopsy i have had has ended up with infection. Wishing you all the very best and hel well

I don’t expect any of my posts to affect anything at the club. I can however help in certain medical situations

Doctor who saw me this morning agrees with you - he's sending me home soon as he says I'll be safer there as the hospital is so full of potential infections.

Doctor who saw me this morning agrees with you - he's sending me home soon as he says I'll be safer there as the hospital is so full of potential infections. Long story short, i was in just 2 weeks ago. Usual stuff with lungs filling with blood. They were going to place me on the, then he said covid ward before changing it to respiratory ward, i promptly said no way and said i would sign myself out if they did. Did my few days of IV antibiotics then signed myself out. I do not envy you but please look after yourself and bugger the expense, stick the heat on so you stay warm for at least a week post procedure. I’ve had 7 lung biopsies so i finally found out how to look after myself , post procedure. At least you had keyhole biopsy, the last one i had, some 5 months ago, they were taking of doing a cold biopsy as it avoided the open biopsy and infections. I do really feel for you. I hope they don’t find anything nasty and you get to feeling much better, very soon

Fair result in the end, but at 2 up, I thought we were going to win easily. Too many squandered chances and heavy legs.
Another point on the board though. UTG.

Yep, Basel has just delivered a DAB radio! Wired for sound. That's great stuff. Well done Steve, that's a selfless and good hearted thing to do. Hope you enjoyed the commentary as much as me and those around me enjoyed the game. Get well soon and UTG

I was nine when my father took the whole family to Wembley for the Leyland Daf Final. Can’t remember too much other than my face was painted and the Rovers kit had a massive ‘Design Windows’ patch sewn on as the shirt sponsor. Mark Hughes played for tranny that game having previously played for Rovers. Took a supporters coach up via Cecil Road abs the 2 hour journey to Wembley was so exciting as a kid. Tranny wrecked my day!! Think it was the ref that day failed to send off their keeper Nixon? When he just literally " took out" Devon White on the edge of the penalty area, never in the years of human conflict have I seen such a stonewall sending off..... The rest is bad history... What about the push on Twentyman for Tranmere winning goal ref had a mare !
