Hi Fellow football fans- FGR fan in peace, here's a press release to clarify the match day arrangements. Please do not be put off with our 'no meat' policy as the food at the ground is far superior to the normal fare at most grounds.
FGR will be running a Park-n-Ride service from the car park of Nailsworth company Renishaw and the car park at Nailsworth Primary School will also open to fans.
The Ticket Office will open at 10:30am for the collection of prepaid tickets and the purchase of merchandise. No tickets will be available for purchase on matchday.
Only visiting Bristol Rovers fans will have access to The New Lawn’s on-site pub – The Green Man – open for food and drink from 10:30am* with a maximum capacity of 750, while home fans in the East Stand can have a prematch drink in the Carol Embrey from 10:30am*.
Turnstiles will open at 11am, so home fans can also utilise the Concourse bar and canteen in the East Stand, and the Devils Kitchen bar and canteen in the southern EESI Stand from 11am* (which will serve draught beverages especially for this encounter).
Cars will be double parked at The New Lawn stadium, so supporters' patience will be appreciated, and with the added presence of BT Sport trucks parking will be at a premium, so fans from both clubs are recommended to utilise the Park-n-Ride.
The Park-n-Ride will run from Renishaw's car park on the A46 (between Stroud and Nailsworth) and is accessed via the entrance opposite Regency car dealership.
Reinshaw's car park is only a 5mins trip away from The New Lawn and two coaches will be running every 15mins from 10am in the morning, with the final coach returning from The New Lawn to Renishaw's car park at 4:30pm.
The cost for the Park-n-Ride will be £4 (CASH ONLY), which is the same for all car parks at FGR games.
Finally, The New Lawn gymnasium will only be open on Bank Holiday Monday between 7am-11am.
* Opening times are in accordance with our liquor licences.
Here's to a good game, hope everyone treats the occasion with respect. Good luck with the rest of your season. (I think your gonna need it!)

Where will FGR fans drink if Rovers fans have been given the Green Man?
I'm in the home end with my FGR supporting mates (how non-league is that?)!

The pub at the ground is decent with the usual beers, but of course no meat products on sale, don't forget that! I thought it was only red meat that they don't sell, or has it changed.

Forest green have under 400 tickets left for home end and we have under 200 left in away end. Looking like a big crowd i know the orange one told us to lower our expectations 3 years ago, but would less than 5,000 really be a big crowd?

Is there any danger of the Park & Ride getting full up, with a lot of people traveling to this one by car? Cheers!

The park & ride is your best option and 5 minutes from ground. If your on the west terrace there is no cover so keep an eye on the weather forecast.

It looks like they are after another new ground. New Stadium? It will go bang at one point at FGR, just a question of when, we've had dealings with their Chairman on a personal level, and it wasnt pleasant experience. In fact I'm hoping when I rock up on Monday I'm banned and get my money back!

It looks like they are after another new ground. New Stadium?Cripes, that would be closer to Gloucester than Nailsworth! Good access, just off the M5, but that is north of both Stroud and Stonehouse. This would be taking the soul right out of the club. They tried changing the name to Stroud a few years back, to make it more well known; that didn't work and thankfully they're back to Forest Green Rovers. Shame they've lost the black & white stripes though.
