To add to that, most of the fans m o m for first two games was Hoole, a right back, something at the start of the season we thought we were needing.... he's disappeared off the face!? We have Alfie that performs best in a back 4 i m o...so with Hoole & Taylor, all we would need is a steady left back, where we had a zillion of those this time last season....? How often has Kilgour played in a four? When Craig was here under GC was a three, with Mayo or Davies making up the three. I think he started in a 4 alongside TC? James Clarke on the right, Leahy on left? BG started him first league match of last season v Sunderland on left of back 3. Then, a few matches later at right back. I think in comparison, BG turned him into a disaster waiting to happen.....if you're playing to players strengths, I don't think a back 3 is AK consistently performs his best.

Not seen a ball kicked since Feb 22nd. However, always thought Kilgour played well and showed a lot of promise... when he had Tony Craig alongside him. In fact since releasing Tony Craig, our defence has just been a car crash. An accident waiting to happen. No leadership. So a bit like the Club in general.

No leadership?
Things I noticed yesterday: Huge queues at bars (some of the stations closed due to staff shortage) around 1.30pm out the building. No outside service on a nice day.
Announcer not knowing what sub we made at half time as Josh Grant was still on pitch.
No one checking East Stand tickets going up steps.
At end of match, stewards in car park shepherding fans away from Trubshaw Close entrance for no apparent reason.... causing fans that were already p*ssed off to tell them to f off anyway and ignore them!?
On and off the pitch it was a bit of a farce...... bloody Gorringe!

Does anyone know the attendance yesterday? 6172 according to the BBC. If B***** stays around long enough we might threaten the recent league/non-league fixture low of Rovers vs Telford in the conference season (5,450). I'm sure someone will correct me if that stat is not correct. Does Mr Al-Qadi or Mr Gorringe understand where B***** is taking us?

Remember who brought B***** here, despite unanimous disgust across Rovers' forums when Fleetwood appointed him.

So disappointing, Kenny Jackett was my choice to replace Tisdale. At the time he was still at Portsmouth but his time there was clearly at an end and we may have had to wait until the end of the season for him. Two or three years with him (with Tommy out the door) and I’m sure we’d have become a decent well run league one side Why get rid of Tis? Just get Widdrington out and give Tis' the same scope to structure things that, for some inexplicable reason, Wael has given to B*****. Unfortunately, Tis lost the dressing room, there's usually no way back after that.

Anyway, If that's the criteria for losing your job as Rovers' manager then why is B***** still here?

Unfortunately, Tis lost the dressing room, there's usually no way back after that. Interesting question - does "our Joey" still have the support of the dressing room? Well I guess they're either his mates on (allegedly) decent wages or injury prone journeymen looking at a final pay cheque. So I guess they would still give B***** their full backing. Just a bit of a shame that none of them are capable of playing a decent standard of association football. They have no pride in the shirt. They show no fighting spirit. They have little pace. They possess little creativity. They do not present a threat to the opposition goal. #omnishambles

If both, then it explains the speed of the exit I think

The question remains, if alienating the squad gets you sacked, why is B***** still here after the way he treated Ehmer last season? Do that to one player and everybody instantly understands that they could be next. This from Ehmer himself; So, unless Ehmer is misrepresenting what happened, it looks like on top of all of his other faults, B***** is a bit two faced as well.

Oh Duke - that is gutter politics, using Ehmer word of mouth, that is one side of a story, to bolster a point you a trying to make, your own twisted B***** hating agenda. How do you that this isn’t twist, spin and bile from Ehmer? on the other hand, I concede, Ehmer come across as trying to make a point in his defence, and very diplomatically and politely, yet his point is clear. If his side of it is factually correct, maybe it doesn’t show B***** and his methods in a very good light at all. We have to remember just how many fans quickly supported B*****’s take on this and the backlash against a player playing on through injury in a struggling mismanaged side, a backlash from supporters who were duped by a conniving manager on player whose actually being scapegoated for the tinkering and wrong calls of management and director of football. Here’s a question for you then, we like to think our club does due diligence on everyone signed, are they being brought in because their skill set brings something to improve the first eleven, is their character the right stuff, their personality fit in, are medicals taken seriously, no matter what someone’s age is, few in current squad older than Ronaldo yet Michael Owen by 30 was getting medical saying he won’t play for you much this season because… Are you getting a feel there has been due diligence on the players brought in this Great Reset?

The difference is, that was an incident with one player (not saying it was the right way to deal with it), others in the dressing room could see that Ehmer was too laid back with his approach to the captain's role, and his performances on the pitch. Therefore, they knew where the bar was set with regards to expectations, so it was in their own hands as to whether they were "next".

Firstly that wasn't the topic, not at all. It was about B***** publicly using Ehmer as an excuse for failure, which he most certainly appeared to do to me and whether it's possible to maintain trust after doing that. I say you've already shown what you are capable of, so the cat's out of the bag. Look at Wenger, no matter what, even to the point of complete farce he defended his players, they knew, no matter what, he had their backs. Ehmer's piece came after the event. Same for Ferguson, Van Nistilrooy Kung-Fu kicks Vieira, it's Vieira's fault, clear as day, my player did nothing wrong. To your next question. That should be directed to Widdrington.
