Phase II will make it look like a real training ground.

Super stuff! Lovely mix of natives there in the woodland plans: Hazel; Dogwood; Field Maple; Hawthorn; Privet; Honeysuckle, and Blackthorn. Then some big statement specimen trees: Oak; Hornbeam; Beech, and Scots Pine. Think I'd have added some Elder, maybe a Mountain Ash (Rowan) or two, and definitely a Willow over the lake.

Ian! You've been banned from Asschat as well. Good lad. The mods on that forum are nothing more than a bunch of Marxists who tolerate no dissent. They've taken cancel culture to a whole new level Welcome to the forum where you views don't result in being ganged up on, bullied and eventually banned when you refuse to be re-educated. Leave the Marxists to it. Crikey! They've gone from far right to far left overnight! Far right and far left are not so dissimilar. None of them tolerate anyone other than their own narrow view of what's pure.

Morning Henbury - good to have you back, I know you have a bit of an insight into the planning process. I'm always intrigued when people get banned from the other place. What specific rule did you break on gaswaelchat? PM me if you don't want to go into detail on the forum... nice to be back with like minded people ! i had a bit of banter with a fellow poster in that i "award" a K N O B award for the stupidest post of the day and that bum kisser 1981 did not like it and banned me for no reason. Still there loss and this sites gain ! As regards planning the FM "deal" was dead and buried about 3 months after Wael's comments on RB and i posted that and got a load of abuse for it, but nobody got banned for that . There is a deal going through regards FM but not with the club directly involved. Some nice new apartments would look nice on the FM... Now South Glos, well that a different matter :-) Not saying you and your friend are wrong. But if the Fruit Market has been dead for that long, where is Sam Frost getting his information from??? Since then he’s talked about it on a number of occasions and seems to have a good source. Could it be that for once we are being professional and in talks regarding the fruit market and a different potential site in South Gloucestershire?? Would give us a lot more power for once when negotiating a good deal for the club and we need a plan B, in case plan A fails. At the end of the day, lots make out they are in the know, but normally as things get close, there are less leaks. When Uwe/Sainsburys was announced, it came from no where and I didn’t hear any rumours, until just before. Same at most other clubs. So who knows what’s going on😂.

I think you'll find far right and far right are actually identical. (Only joking Doctor. I presume you mean 'far right and far left' and I don't disagree with you)

Bristol Bears’ new training ground has a half size indoor pitch, so I think it’s common. I assume they’ll train on the new artificial pitch, as there will be no worries about wear, so fewer pitches needed.

But I would have thought they'd need more. Bristol Bears have 2 full-size outdoor pitches, alongside the half-size indoor pitch. Big squads with more in a team and replacements in rugby. Perhaps this is just for first team for Gloucester and B-team, academy etc. train elsewhere. We've got 2 pitches so far, a goal-keeper area, and an all-weather pitch on the way - and some think that isn't enough for a training site.

It would be nice to see some photo's of the inside and outside of our gymnasium and medical room.

I think the reason we have not been shown any official photo's is because they don't want us to get over excited before the grand opening ceremony when Prince George comes to cut the ribbon.

King George (VII), in his golden jubilee year, wheeled there by his grandson.
