By the sounds of it he has overlooked Arsenal,Spurs,Newcastle,Wolves,Burnley,Exeter,Plymouth etc,etc. But chose Oxford City??!!!
That ground of Oxford City`s is located in a prime,well located area by the looks of it. Id be a bit suspecious myself.

I took my boss from Las Vegas to Barnet - even though it was a shocking performance and his first ever taste of football he could see the potential with the club for a U.S investor.
He spent the game asking me about Bristol as a city, the new stadium, the value of the club and the current BOD's strategy.
He said he knows plenty of sport mad tycoons who would be looking for the challenge.
Obviously I explained about keeping the fans on board - one of the biggest problems with overseas investors.
