Hull a good team with lots of possession. Rovers lively 1st 15 mins, but keeping shape after that
Hull finding some space out wide after half an hour
Westbrooke should have got a 2nd just before half-time
Cats and dogs just started

Strange half. I think we are both quite fortunate to be 1 up and a little bit unfortunate not to be 2 up. I have a nasty feeling we will regret that Westbrooke miss - golden opportunity at a perfect time. Why didn't he put his laces through it?!!
In between those 2 though Hull looked quite a handful. They seem quite big and physical as well as having composure on the ball and I think we were being a bit outmuscled at times. Perhaps that's why we haven't looked as comfortable in midfield as we have in the last few games. We're struggling to play it out from the back effectively and are being boxed in. Hanlon and Daly have looked quite dangerous when on the ball but we haven't been able to get it to them enough as we get stuck coming out. On the positive side though we've looked comfortable at the back on the whole.
I just hope we don't regret that miss....

Defensive aspects of our performance not so bad. After the Ipswich and Doncaster defeats Bamber perceptively pointed out our glass chin. But we haven’t seen much of it since. Look quite strong back there.
