I got banned from Gaschat from calling him out.
1. I was right (albeit tipped off by a pseudonym ITK π) and 2. I was banned within 30 minutes of revelation 3. My Forum morality was questioned on here for naming him.
Football Forums - hilarious!!
At least Roy is now content that he has come out of the ITK closet.
BTW is it Tote End Brian or Brian Tote End??

What are you on about? Who has questioned your "forum morality" on here. Not sure anyone gives a s*** about the identify of a poster on another site.

Wow,
Another decade, another forum debate on potential stadium and boardroom changes. I admire you guys for your restless passion and commitment. I gave up years ago...
Not a source for pride mind you, the extra peace isn't so bad tho. We won t'other day. Pretty sweet.
Best wishes to all

I told him that it was 'poor form' to give the real name of forum members. Not exactly calling Vaughan's morals into question. But there you go, that's the internet, never let fiction stand in the way of fact.

It won't be one of the free pasties "available" to us tomorrow. Getting one of those is more difficult than training a piranha to do a Rubik's Cube.

Last thing I knew he was calling himself Ramon Sinclair and was drug running back and forth over the river. His nickname is the "Avon Packet".

Another week gone, must have missed the big announcement?
Only 32 days to go then the Oct news is a full year late.
What next, stadium on the moon, Atlantis, Pompeii, Gotham?

Initial interview and subsequent BBC report was August 3 and said the next 2-3 weeks critical. By my calculations August 24 marks the end of this critical period which is this Saturday so expect an announcement over the tannoy just before kick off Seriously - why does Wael say these things? I give you the the Jordanian "Tim, nice but dim".

Travelling into London on M4, the new Brentford Stadium site was fascinating in terms of location.
It shows what is possible in tight brown-field site.
I am sure that any development of Fruit Market site will include a mixed-house development, flats for rental / ownership. Brentford has nearly 1,000 flats in their stadium development and Wimbledon have adopted a similar approach.

The council bought the land under a compulsory purchase order and sold it at zero profit to the developer. (Brentford)
Our council has 2 league clubs to consider.

I think Vaughan is referring to The Mem site. Unfortunately it now appears to be key to the lenders (Dwane Sports) getting their money back and will end up covered in flats and houses but no stadium in the middle.

I was thinking that the new development would include some housing attached. University site just up the road. Just amazed how small the Brentford site is in terms of acerage.
The Mem will also be flogged for housing.
Even the new proposed Stand at Fulham will include 9 apartments with view over the Thames.

The Mem will be sold but not to pay for a new stadium that will be owned by the club or its holding company. Stadium ownership was good whilst it lasted. Just think what we could have done with Β£17m equity if it hadn't been pissed against the wall.

Truly a case of be careful what you wish for and the owners certainly had us, or most of us, thinking they were going to push the club forward. It seems the only thing that has been a saving grace is the caveat that we have to have a place to play before the mem can be sold.
