My Customers do not get involved in the day to day management of my shops Do we really have to carry on with this? It'll get batted back and forth, you'll refuse to accept that this isn't a typical customer / supplier relationship, I'll remind you that FC owners beg supporters to turn up and hand over their dosh and say things like 'without you there is no club' (didn't Wael say that it was seeing the support at Wembley that convinced him to get involved) then you'll try to change the subject. Edit. BTW, we've paid over a million quid for the right to be involved in the running of this club. Not ever involved with the supporters club, but did they have some representation with the old board ? Did the new owners offer to buy the supporters club shares at the same time as the boards, as i say not involved with supporters club so don't know what the deal was/is

But I couldn't tell you when the last lot of shares were bought, they used to do a thing on the pitch at half time, hand over a comedy giant cheque and shake hands with someone brave enough to come out of Box 1, but can't say I've noticed that since Feb last year.

I can't begin to guess who would believe what, there are plenty of people around who hold what appear to me to be rather odd beliefs, but the reason that the owners of football clubs should talk candidly to supporters is that we are their customers. Do you mislead your customers? My Customers do not get involved in the day to day management of my shops My clients want to know about the future of the company I work for

My clients want to know about the future of the company I work for My customers want to know how fast i can fix their computer for them, i'm pretty sure they don't care if i'm here in 10 years or not But would you line up outside of your shop some of the very best tech guys in the country, call the press, and announce to your customers that you were going to be providing superb new facilities for them, and look, here are the guys I've got to make sure it's going to happen, when you hadn't yet sorted any of the terms with the people whose land you intended building your new shop / workshop on? Then when it doesn't happen you push your shop manager out to meet the press and explain it all, he says that it'll all be cool if we buy Dave Beasant wigs and go for near-post flick on corners. If you did that would you be surprised if your customers lost a little bit of confidence in you? This is what I meant by we shouldn't bat this back and forth, it hasn't been particularly well handled, they built our expectations up prematurely.

Don't worry about the size of the business, you can blag it with a cheeky smile, even if you post losses of one and a half million quid

Being a football fan is not like buying a one-off product, it's more like paying for an ongoing service which is integrated into your life, and would cause you hardship if withdrawn.

SC members need representation.

SC members need representation. Supporters haven’t had any representation or leadership from the SC since Eastville.

SC members need representation. You do make I larf. The scheme isn't there to represent one group of supporters over another, but what is it about SC that means that they need more representation that anybody else?

BRSC has been around since 1914 and had 17,000 members in the mid 1950s ....the others are relatively recent organisations

A lot of small things have been done around the stadium, contactless card payments at last being one. A lot of investment has been made to the backroom staff, which must be a good thing and making us a more professional club. However, the stalling of the training facilities and UWE are big negatives at present. If they do deliver the former over the coming months/year, then I will feel more comfortable. Wow! Contactless card payments!! Premier League beckons!!

So actually this is a welcome step forward. Small but important.
