It seems that neither Ryan Sweeney nor Jake Clarke-Salter will be available for the match at Coventry.
All the best for their call-ups for ROI U-21 and England U-20, respectively.
And all praise to DC for his foresight in lining up Jon Burn for just such an eventuality! :-)
(Assuming Peter Hartley isn't back to full fitness yet).

I think I'd hope for that option if Sweeney is out

I don't think we would have three out. Wales U21 have no game this month. In any case, wouldn't Ellis (age 23: DOB Jan '94) Tom (age 22: DOB Dec '94) be too old now?

Have to be under 21 or under at start of qualifying for a tournament,so you can end up 23yr olds in U21 matches sometimes

But the particular qualifying competition which is getting underway now is the 2017-19 tournament. "Players are eligible to play in the competition if they were born on or after 1 January 1996". (UEFA Regulations. VII. Article 42. Player Eligibility). UEFA Regulations
