I've not seen or heard it. I'm not in the habit of making time for C*ty player interviews and I'm certainly not making an exception for him. Anyone who has already poisoned their brains by doing so could find no better antidote than watching Darrell Clarke's latest video. He demonstrates how to move on from 'Matthew' with the greatest of style If he can do it, I'm sure the rest of us can

If it goes Pete Tong for him at the Theatre of Screams before they reach the Europa league would you want him back at the Mem on loan ?

Wael has the uncanny ability to "get us" doesn't he? Great response.

I find that it is best not to think about it.

If it goes Pete Tong for him at the Theatre of Screams before they reach the Europa league would you want him back at the Mem on loan ? That just couldn't happen now. He's no local nor is he like the ex players that we often see at games and who still support the Rovers. It would seem daft not to but it isn't an option, surely ? Having said that DC is certainly his own man and he would do what he thinks is right for the team. I cant seen the squad wanting to be near him let alone provide him the opportunities he's had. We have had a team basically set up around him and that won't be the case now. I should have just replied NO

Wael has the uncanny ability to "get us" doesn't he? Great response. I don't think that is what most of "us" feel though. It's just getting on with it and being positive. I don't know if I like the idea of people in such positions should be getting involved tbh. I don't feel mad if it were purely a football decision but the price paid and sanctioning of the we,come to Bristol stuff by the bitter and scared SL does make me feel as bad as when that lot burned our place. I thought we had maybe moved on and into better times.

We should stick their £300k in a separate account, use it to develop the training facilities, the facilities will sit there for many years, every time we see them being used, long after Turncoat has been shipped out on loan to Boreham Wood for the last time, his legacy here will remain, and as players come through and improve we'll have the satisfaction of knowing they paid for it. Cheers Sheds

I thought we had maybe moved on and into better times. It is important that the club stay together after the beginning of this week. I'm not sure that leaving it to the last day, being vastly below his market value, signed with all the razzmatazz they did is ever going to be a purely "football" decision. Doesn't necessarily make me feel bad because it doesn't affect my feelings too much and I think they are a truly hideous lot who will cut their nose to spite their face if they think it will harm us. DCs interview and this small gesture from Wael is great for the supporters because he "gets it", understands how we feel and I think is his way of saying "it doesn't matter, you really are muppets because you could have had him free 100 odd days ago. Doh.." "and by the way do you like our plans for our new training ground." So yes I understand what you mean about Owners rising above this stuff but he hasn't moaned, he hasn't been abusive in any way, he's just made a light hearted comment that shows that he isn't bothered. I think that was important for the whole fan base. Together with yesterday's DC interview and the announcement about the training ground I think we've had a good last 10 minutes of this weeks match. Yes we were 1-0 down on Tuesday at half time but we've come back strongly in the second half to get an equaliser!! UTG!

It's simple really like when you're growing up and the girl you thought you were in love with dumps you. It hurts for a day or to but then someone else comes round the corner and your happy again. The old one is simply erased from your memory and life. Next season DC will bring us that new one.
