I would imagine that players like Lawrence.mansell.mildenhall.moore. could be on the way out and the loaners who are only here till Jan would be sent back.not 100% sure but think they are James.roberts.boateng and perhaps roos not certain if he is or should be included.may even see Montana and Harrison go as well I thought Luke James was a 12 month loan with view to a permanent transfer, & I'm guessing it was done with the expectation Of Matty going pre season !! As for anyone new coming in, who would come knowing DC is highly unlikely to play them ??

With on average 5 to 6 team changes every match good chance new signings will get an opportunity ...even Moore gets the starts which many suggest he does not warrant

I would be very surprised if there are many changes. I don't think DC will do a complete U turn and ship players out. What I do expect is a very busy summer instead. But I guess it will depend on 2 things though. One will be MT, if he stays then little change and as paddington said I also think Luke James is a direct replacement for him so he'll stay. Second point will be if we continue November's form into December then there may be changes. If we win and recover our form I don't see many, if any, changes. UTG!

Same for Lawrence although is he injured or just lurking about in the background.
wouldn't be surprised to see Manse go back to Torquay if a deal could be made
James and Roos are Season loans aren't they? (Although I believe those deals can be cancelled in the January window as you suggest)

If word gets' around DC employs a rotational system, does anyone think this would put potential signings off joining us?
Of course money talks, our league position and new ground potential are issues, but could the type of system employed affect a professional's opinion if they know they won't be playing all the time even if at the peak of their form?

I doubt whether a new ground in a few years would bother a player thinking of coming to a club. As you say money talks and that will be the biggest factor. League position at the time would be another factor, top half and it might look like helping to make it to play offs and a bigger pay packet next season, I doubt that many would want to come if they thought that its going to be for a relegation struggle.

Seven players have played 15 or more games, out of 20 league games. So players can get a run!

Think Ollie will come in for Taylor if he's still manager that is let's hope not seems to be a perfect step up for Taylor it's down to Rovers to have a great December and get back into the playoff positions think it's the only reason Taylor will stay this time so frustrating as our performances should still Merit us being in the top six.
