I could not go yesterday so cannot comment on that. I do feel that Ellis is in one of his phases where nothing seems to click. I am surprised DC has persevered so long with him. Gaffney (although not scoring) works harder, creates more space for others, pulls opponents out of shape. He looks to me a far more effective partner for Taylor..

I am a Harrison fan - but I was shocked about how little he contributed today. No energy. We're down to 10 men and everyone needed to step up. Harrison didn't.

All i'm going to say is if Harrison is the answer we must be asking the wrong question. And I don't think Gaffney is the answer either.

Perhaps Gaffney is not, but we won't know unless he gets the sort of extended run in the side Ellis is currently enjoying, Harrison must be outstanding in training.

I honestly believe this is the major area that needs to be addressed in January.

Don't want to go down that history. We have the biggest squad we have had in years, 5th in L1, lots of positive news around the place and yet lkome want to change more players! Ellis seems to have had a good run or Wales, must mean something. Would Costa be God enough for us?

I think its been obvious for a while that without Taylor up front we are short of Goal scoring options.
Gaffeney good target man to play aginst teams wih bigger defenders. His work rate is good amd can bring in other palyers.
Harrison for me is running out of chances to prove himself, doest appear to give 100% and doesnt score goals.
If we were to make any signings in January , a forward to partner Taylor would be top of that list. Though i would say that spending money on another league 1 or a leading league 2 striker who has some consistency.

To be homest it is mot Wales first team though is it and i cant imagine he knocking on the door to be called up to the first team.

Who is whipping him? People are merely stating that they have been disappointed with Harrison's recent performances, if you don't appreciate reading such opinions because they differ from your own, I would stay clear of football fans forums fella.

Right so if I don't like other peoples opinions then I should stay clear but others are ok to stay and disagree with my opinions, double standards.

If you are saying Harrison doesn't score goals 4 in 19 then how can Gaffney improve things 1 in 18.just asking

Gaffney has increased his performance levels tenfold since his goal at Northampton.
Harrison however, continues to waste chances to stake a claim & show DC why HE should start.
It's just facts.

But those are the facts that DC doesn't agree with otherwise Gaffney would be playing and not on the bench or are you saying that DC is getting it wrong after all he saw Gaffney miss two sisters at Portsmouth earlier in the week as did I.whoops tin hat on for watching that game
