Almost more proud of this than anything else - we did it all without having to resort to dirty play & conning the ref (mostly). Well done the boys.

I'd just as soon set a record for most red cards in a season if it meant a successful team.

You old cynic!! Mind you I bet certain clubs we played last season are absolutely furious, not that I mind, Mansfield, Cambridge U come to mind as clubs who called us dirty and over physical. But we were well behaved, you only have to see the discipline stats that showed us and Exeter as far and away the best behaved in the league. UTG!

I'd just as soon set a record for most red cards in a season if it meant a successful team. But being both fair and successful is good, isn't it? God you're hard work!

Yes, being fair and successful is good. But being successful is more important than being 'fair' in the sense of on-field disciplinary matters. (I'm not advocating cheating). I'd take no solace if we were in Crewe's position, having been relegated and seemingly not put up much of a fight. Playing the game 'the right way' is admirable, of course. But not at the expense of competing. Happily we managed both last season, although not according to everyone

I think you can 'compete' without picking up red cards. That is exactly what we did last season. I would rather see Rovers draw or even lose, than see us win by cheating / using excessive force / diving / conning the ref etc etc.

We are hardly angels even if we won the fair play.
I don't think we are particularly dirty or physical, but Manse does like to have a few words
