Anyway good luck to Accrington in the playoffs.

I quite agree. The fact that Accrington ''blinked'' at the death is a shame for them, but great news for us of course. But I hold no ill-will for them, on the contrary I wish them all the best for the play-offs. Oh, and while we're about it . . . come on The Mariners.
They both deserve it I think.

I don't think I've ever felt empathy for any club who suffered because we beat them to the automatic spot. I REALLY would like to see them win the play off now and will be a follower of their games now our season is done

Showing my age, but yes, I remember it. Poor Accrington have probably never been allowed to forget it!
Saturday was so nerve-wrackingly awful until the last minutes of the match, but at least the end result was in our favour. Obviously I wouldn't want that any other way, but it must have been painful for the Accrington fans who got the other side of the coin, having automatic promotion in their grasp for most of the match only to see it snatched away just before the finish. All the more so when you think how different things could have been for them without Trevor Kettle's bizarre decision to blow for full time while a match-winning shot made its way from boot to back of the net earlier in the season, costing them two points in the process.
Much as I'm grateful to Trevor for what that one ultimately meant for us, I do feel for the Accrington fans and hope they get a bit of luck now too.

Lee Brown was the cat who got the cream! And Ferguson and Radice got the curdled leftovers wasn't Ferguson in favour of the development?

And Ferguson and Radice got the curdled leftovers wasn't Ferguson in favour of the development? I think he managed an 'appalled at the obstacles the development is facing' comment and may even have changed into blue trousers to make it, but mostly he seemed to be in favour of crippling Bristol and furthering his own agenda.
