We've got threads thanking and praising everyone from the local police to Stevenage FC. I can't help thinking that we're kind of overlooking someone! DC definitely deserves a thread of his own - he looked totally wrung out when all was said and done yesterday, a man who's given everything he's got. Enjoy your break, Darrell. You've earned it

And to think, some idiots doubted him......
Worth mentioning the rest of the management team, it's a year long team effort.
As the commentator said when we beat Shrews at Wembley and Uncle Albert was on the pitch with the biggest smile I've ever seen lighting up his face, ''they all play a part, it all counts''.

Thank you DC, i backed you from day 1 and you never let me down. You have the ability to ride out the bad times and more importantly know how to create plenty of good times aswell. All I've wanted for at least the last decade was a manager who could get the basics right in terms of recruitment, tactics and ambition, DC has it all and more, i hope he continues to lead us into a very exciting future. Also special mentions to the backroom staff, particularly Steve Yates, we've unearthed a real gem in Yatesy as a coach.

Absolutely brilliant work from dc and particularly Marcus Stewart whom oversees alot of day to day support.
Well done.
We are nearing where we truly belong.
First thing we need to do about signings is the management.....we have momentum and our Rovers back!
Lets shore up everyone in the management structure asap.

Also special mentions to the backroom staff, particularly Steve Yates, we've unearthed a real gem in Yatesy as a coach. You did WC, I remember. It was when I began to agree with your points of view. You saw the previous few managers as old hat, when I just wanted to support them regardless. DC is the sort of guy we can all be proud of, he's brave, committed and willing to try things. I think the word is talented. We have a progressive manager who knows what he wants, and luckily for us, what he doesn't. Those endless signings of journeymen with little heart or fight, they don't interest him, nor me! He was emotional when we went down, took the responsibility when it wasn't his fault, and I'm please he remains emotional when we have had the good times. He can take us forward, I do not doub that. Yes the young coaches also deserve huge credit.i am one happy gashead. (as for Kaisers words, get stuffed and back to your own forum).
