I just bought my st and got a free u11 one for my son, but woman said that for kids tickets you need to order before the game and collect from the shop before match day. Is this correct? Very inconvenient if it is, having to go up to the ground between 9 to 5 in the week

You have to fill out the relevant form and give them proof of the child in the form of a passport or birth certificate and pay £11 for young pirate membership.

If the U11 attended fairly regularly for the first few weeks they sent you the U11 season ticket. I assume this is to avoid wasting money on season ticket booklets for children that rarely attend.

That sounds a complete ball ache. Ive taken my 3 for the last 3 year and just renewed last week

Phone up before Thursday and then pick up on the day. If in the first season your son goes to enough games then the following season he should get a book.
Sensible by the club or potentially you give out a season ticket for kids that don't go often which means there is one less ticket the club can sell on the day.
