As many of you know there is a group of middle aged Dutch fans coming to the Exeter home game on April 23rd. They are looking for any recommendations for their Friday evening entertainment in town. They have for example live music or Karaoke in mind. Any ideas? UTG

Beer in the Whiute Lions can be err 'variable' I'm sure they'd like the Seven Stars and the Bridge Inn And the Drapers Arms and The Annexe before and after the match

Friday 22nd April at The Fleece it's party band 'Doreen Doreen', followed by the club night 'Supersonic Britpop'.
If they are into their Eurodisco then Yai Mass on Park St is good.
Plenty of other late night bars with bands playing like 'Mr Wolf's' on St. Nicholas Street, 'Start The Bus' at the bottom of Corn Street, 'No1 The Harbourside' and, of course, the 'Old Duke' on King St. King St is probably the best place to head, with a good mix of different bars,

A beer or three in the Seven Stars followed by Doreen Doreen at the Fleece sounds like the best plan to me!
The Fleece also stamps you hand when you go in, so bearing in mind Doreen Doreen usually play two sets with a half time break, you can nip back into the Seven Stars, beat the crush and the queues at the Fleece bar, then go back in just as the second half starts. (Yes, I've done this more than a few times).
.....might be difficult if the Dutch Gas are of the 'geheelonthouder' persuasion though! (But somehow I doubt that......)

No geheelonthouders in the group! Haha
