So some interesting ST sales and Average attendance stats
2006/07 2623 5476 2007/08 3511 6850 2008/09 3203 7171 2009/10 3534 7043 2010/11 3082 6253 2011/12 2904 6035 2012/13 3130 6309 2013/14 3346 6421 2014/15 2896 6629 2015/16 3526 8096
Without any detailed analysis but just a cursory glance, it could be said ST’s account for half of the average attendance figure
Assuming a final total of 4,600 as it stands now and knocking a few off for a not so great season, will we be pushing 8,500 average attendance next season?

Only if we are in top half for most of the season.

The latest figure of 4650 quoted by the club was as of 31st may so is out of date. Still three weeks till they go up in price so i fully expect us to break 5000. Add in a few decent away followings and i think we will be 9000 plus if top half.

If I'm to be frank gentleman this is all floccinaucinihilipilification, we shall find out when the games begin, particularly on a cold inclement night match in November.

So the club confirming that 4,620 season tickets, in total, had been sold by the end of May: www.bristolpost.co.uk/Bristol-Rovers-closing-ambitious-season-ticket/story-29370331-detail/story.htmlThat is an excellent figure, especially for a ground that has relatively few seats. But it does seem to show the talk of 6,000 sold, and Bristol Rovers Supporters Club claiming on their website that 3,871 terrace season tickets had been sold as at 30/05/2016 are some way out. If BRSC were right that would mean only 749 stand season tickets have been sold, and I think it would be far more than that.

I was up the ground this week .....its just under 5,800 at present if you include all the boxes ie 15 people per box, all boxes were sold out before we got promoted and there were still 5 companies/groups disappointed.
capacity will be higher with new stand on side of west enc and moving of the police box to allow cameras to see whole ground

Our web site seemed to be suggesting a certain number of terrace only season tickets had been sold. We couldn't tell how many seated season tickets had been sold as the web site until the end of May would not allow us to access that part because last years season ticket holders were being given first choice to renew by a certain deadline. I think a number of us added up what appeared to be the number of terraced season tickets sold in the various stands (several posts up the cumulative number was at 3894) and then assumed the seated ones would be added to it once previous holders of those seats had been confirmed. I believe that's how the 6,000 plus sold figure was being calculated.

I am confused by the figures of sts sold.According to wiki stars there are approx. 8500 standing places at the ground so say there are 600 for opposition supporters that leaves just under 8000,according to figures released over a week ago there were only 3800 standing places left meaning we have sold approx. 4200 terrace sts, and only 600 stand tickets out of just under 3000 seats, yet we are told there are very few available, something just does not add up
