Oh dear oh dear. Really surprised at this. I guess he can't have been doing enough to get a sweat up as that normally takes care of excess water. He will knkw to take a pee before he goes out on the pitch now, one would hope

He wont be takeing the piss at the mem tomorrow then? Seems an harsh penalty to ban for 5 games though. When you think that the worlds cameras were tuned into Paula Radcliffe squeezing one out and no punishment then it sort of changes the perspective. What was he supposed to do ? Are there any rules as to being able to come off of the pitch for a toilet break ? One of the diseases I suffer is Crohn's and so I know a bit about not having any warning. I kind of feel sorry for him now I have had time to reflect on it.

Didn't one of our players get done for this a while back?
The best related story I remember was Jason Puncheon. I was driving and listening to a Southampton game on the radio and the commentators just mentioned that Puncheon has temporarily left the field and in that typically BBC strait-laced way said something lie 'maybe he's got a cut or something' when I think pretty obvious why he'd left. Minutes later the commentators were desperately trying to hold it together while in the background you could clearly hear gleeful Southampton fans singing 'he s***s when he want, he s***s when he wants, Jason Puncheon he s***s when he wants'...
Does seem a little harsh but on the other hand public urination is technically an offense so maybe they don't have that much choice. I'm not sure they'd particularly want players pissing everywhere!

It was alleged Jordan Goddard did it v Corby but I don't think it was proven and I suspect it never happened.

Think it made the Sun - definitely didn't happen then....
