Great goals although some awful mistakes by Wimbledon. Got to put them away though and well taken in each case. Some lovely passing in the lead ups.
Akinfenwa free kick that led to his sending off looked a bit harsh at first as we had a fair bit of his shirt. On replay though it looks like six of one half a dozen of the other. Had to laugh at his histrionics.
Also can I put a big shout out to the Wimbledon goalscorer for the lamest goal celebration ever.

Did the corner we scored our 3rd from come directly after Clarke headed over from a corner?
I hadn't twigged they were close incidents. Unless that's just the way the highlights were put together.

Yes it did, but you're wrong that it didn't take a deflection, in my opinion. I think Clarke headed it directly against a defender hence why it looped up and over; the ref got it right. edit: I admit its not clear on the video, but it looked like a corner to me at the time and I can't see why there wasn't any complaint at all from the Wimbledon players if they felt it was wrong.

Maybe you're right there. I've full screen it and paused it and difficult to tell. The ball did take a strange flight though. It looks like Rovers players are appealing for hand ball. People around us were all perplexed at the time.
