Considering that our new president is involved with the FIFA women's world cup? maybe he will set up another gas ladies team. Was going to say Gas Girls but as that is copyright now with our ladies that are in one of the boxes tomorrow changed it.

Imagine a Bristol Rovers WFC at the Mem and Rovers at UWE. Now I'm dreaming.

If we can't use the moniker I think its a shame I'd like to see us have a women's team, preferably under the Gas Girls moniker which seemed to serve them well

The pan-bristolian women's team was a great concept until the red shirts came out, they became a Lansdowne franchise, and then finally took the Bristol City 1982 name. For this reason I hope Mr Al Qadi introduces a Bristol Rovers Women's team, the AFC to their MK Dons. What about the rugby club? Were they still at the Memorial Ground, and not otherwise afilliated, what would now have happened?

To be perfectly honest I dont care at all about the rugby and womens teams - they left their associations with Rovers behind when they defected to the dark side.
I want our football team to succeed first and foremost now, other distractions are meaningless at present - its early days to be creating a want list
