So there will be a new structure put in place. I really hope that this just applies to the boardroom and that DC is given the chance to build the team. I for one do not want them coming in with knee Jerk reactions and getting some Billy big bollox in like Notts County did. We all know how that went

Sorry Nailsea I couldnt disagree more. It is vital in my view that we get a top league manager in soon or perhaps at the end of the season. On the assumption that a considerable amount will be put into the playing side we need an experinced person at the helm. Someone who could attract much much better players than we have seen in recent years and develop them into a winning team. Being a bit blunt I suppose but I will be surprised if many of the current squad will be around in a years time. Hopefully there are very different and much better times ahead and I just cannot see Daryl being the man to clear the decks and rebuild the team. Garry Monk anybody (JOKE).

Differing opinions. Personally I think we potentially have one of the brightest young managers around and should be given the chance after all he got us out if the conference at the 1st attempt and we are firmly ensconced in the top half of the table. Do we want to become a team of over payed premiership / championship journey men Sorry Nailsea I couldnt disagree more. Watch the new owners interview. I was quite impressed. Me too. Seemed very intelligent and level headed, and spoke of organic, sustainable growth rather than throwing money down the drain. He studied at Harvard too I believe.

Yea someone who has done so well with no budget would fail with a bigger one of course. Darrell has transformed the culture within the club and given fans something to be proud of for the first time in ages and you want to kick him and the players out at the first whiff of cash? Good to have a future but let's keep the soul please.

Have to disagree you need a good manager who can get you past the level you're at. Sounds like so far the new owners won't be splashing money willy nilly on new players (which I think is right) therefore you need a good manager that knows this level. What would Gary Monk know about good league 1 or 2 players he was looking at premiership quality players.

I bet Bournemouth are glad they didn't take your advice. DC has the opportunity to do the same as Eddie Howe. I would be very disappointed if he wasn't given that chance but I suspect he won't be be given a second chance if he is seen to be failing.
