After 50 years plus of struggle - yes struggling to pay bills, struggling to keep up with our local rivals, struggling to find a ground to call our own, struggling to beat Accrington, Morecambe, D&R, even Braintree - along comes a Goose with a Golden Egg - should we say "Noooo" - we want to be like Exeter and AFCW for the rest of our lives!
Go away if you can't feel some pleasure that at last Rovers have a chance to move forwards rather than struggle backwards. Embrace it, go on give it a try.
As someone else said - at last our chace to Compete!!

Welcome Wael and family. Most of us gas heads have had a lifetime of being 'ragbag' rovers, always scratching to make ends meet rarely enjoying success or having the backing to capitalise on what little 'success' we have had.
Already I am grateful at the opportunity to buck that trend. For now you have raised expectations - that's always a good thing. Sure, some are negative, some dismissive, those same people were probably the most voiciferous in critisising the old board for not moving us forward!
You can't please all the people all the time, however please don't think the majority think this way. 'Make us dream' as are flag shouts!
