Charlton Athletic striker Joe Pigott is set to be on the move before the transfer window closes on Monday - with a number of League Two clubs interested in him. Luton Town, who are now managed by his former U21 boss Nathan Jones, are keen on a loan deal. And also understood to be in the mix are Oxford United, Bristol Rovers and Stevenage. Pigott, 22. spent the first half of the season on loan at Southend United, who he helped win promotion to League One during a temporary stay their in the 2014-15 campaign. He scored five goals in 27 appearances. Pigott is out of contract in the summer.

From todays Bristol Post . . . It would sting if he went to Oxford as their now chairman is the guy who wanted to invest in Rovers in the Summer before the season that I don't like to talk about

Oh well, can't see Luton being a rival in the back end of this season.
