Where do we all think Rovers will be after the games in hand of other clubs have been played?
My guess would be 7th as I can't see us staying above Portsmouth and Accrington unless we beat them both

If Carlisle of Accy manage to sustain their playoff challenge with the fixture pile up they face (likely to get worse by all accounts) then it will have been a pretty gargantuan effort. We are very well placed really.

Accy's games in hand are all at HOME ! That won't help them though if the weather continues as it is up here. Maybe you have to have been up in this part of the world to realise quite how wet it has been - and I live in Manchester, up in the hills it's been even worse. I know Accrington quite well and it has been appalling weather there. If this next storm hits as predicted that could be another 2/3/4 games rained off not to mention the damage it does to the pitch. I'm pretty sure Accrington would definitely rather not be in this position. Not to mention that you have a club on a shoestring budget that has to deal without the income and with the extra expense of trying to get games on. At the very least that's done damage to their ability to in any way strengthen in January and I would think the clock is likely ticking on their finances right now too.

Got to love the general belief that games in hand automatically mean 3 points for every match. I'll be amazed if Accy/Carlisle win them all.
They (Stanley) have a spanner in the works coming this weekend for starters, lovely jubblyyyyy.

If Accy win them all, Pompey must lose at least one because one of the games in hand is Accy v Pompey!

I wou,d rather have the points than games in hand. It's highly unlikely those who have the games, will win them all.

If the Football League would guarantee we won that game after normal time I'd take it now After the penalty shoot out, I had this intense feeling develop across my stomach that made me feel as if I was going to splatter my innards every where
