The more I watch the goals the better they seem, although we were all yelling 'shooooot' before he eventually decided to put the ball in the back of the net for the first one From where I was stood in the North Enclosure (Blackthorn) it seemed like he was running backwards and forwards across the 6 yard line messing about before scoring

The more I watch the goals the better they seem, although we were all yelling 'shooooot' before he eventually decided to put the ball in the back of the net for the first one From where I was stood in the North Enclosure (Blackthorn) it seemed like he was running backwards and forwards across the 6 yard line messing about before scoring Building up for the thrill perhaps?

The post match interview was amusing. Commentator totally in awe of how Gaffney danced round all the defenders. Gaffney said no, actually he was just trying to get the ball out from under his feet and people kept getting in the way. Can't find the interview online unfortunately - he comes across as a very modest chap. I hope he stays.
