Paris Cowan Hall has returned to Millwall. Not a very successful loan for him or us. Not obviously better than what we have already.Recalled by Millwall it seems.

We are not going to do ourselves any favours by continuing to bring p,avers in then not give them proper game time. I feel this is one area DC needs to redress but then, what do I know lol

Judging by that half of supposed football PCH played against York he's no loss.

I think some of the blame rest with the agents who "big up" players in the hope that they sign for the new club, much like I hope Mr Gaffney does for us.

I would say that DC and the way he plays is probably to blsme for the way wingers play for us. The last thing an out and out winger wants is for his full back to continually go in the very area where he wants to go particularly if he is played on his "wrong" side. He requires an early pass and this is our main weakness when passing the ball out from defence. Very few of our defenders are actually good in possession but rather players who defend. Brown,in particular when he brings the ball out wants to get as far up the pitch as he can rather than make a quick straight forward pass to a winger. When he gets up the pitch he then wants to play a one two with the winger rather than set the winger up. IMO playing a winger on Browns side is a waste of time and space. This is not a criticism of Brown as he is very good at it and fit enough to get forward and back but we would be better off playing a right winger only and an extra midfielder. Balanta, Cowan Hall and Montano have all proved them selves at a higher level and should certainly be capable of setting this division alight- perhaps it is down to the Manager and the way he sets up.Can't complain at the results of DCs tactics but may be the answer as to the seeming poorness of the wingers we have. Dave Martin also looked a good winger when we got him but very soon went off.

We have Lines out injured & no one is passing comment as to how long he will be out and it's that time of year when conditions can add to that. I do have an increasing trust in DC but we really are running on a small outfit, that actually is a huge credit to him. I see no reason, if we can pick up a couple of half decent players, that we should not be thinking of a promotion place. There are no teams we need to fear. UTG

I must say I like the look of Tyler Little too, he looked useful pre-season, but he was unfortunate to be dropped in the deep end at the start of the season making his debut at Leyton Orient who were the early season pacemakers. If he gets a few games in for Nuneaton it will help him a lot I think.
