A refreshingly frank interview , fair play Chris Wilder I say.

The only sympathy i have for JJ O'Toole is that he's not a number 10, and i don't know why Ward played him there, it seems like Chris Wilder played him in that position aswell. Play him as a box to box midfielder in a 4-4-2 and he will come into the game more, i think he could get his career back on track if had a complete change of position and started playing as a centre half, get a loan move to a conference club for a few months, and next season he might make himself more appealing to clubs.

Note the number of references to "off the pitch" issues.
The bloke's a waster and a reflection of what is wrong about modern-day footballers.
Vaughan Jones, Phil Bater, Tony Pulis would have pinned him to the wall.

good interview, but no surprises. Can't help thinking that it'll be the story of his life, long after football, too

Great interview find!
That about suns it up for me on otoole, indeed it does imply of the pitch things aren't cosy.
I like Wilder. He seems to come across as honest. I don't like Northampton style of play, but he has brought them on tons since joining them.
