It's no surprise Rovers are useless at the marketing side. When the leader of that department tells a (volunteering) fans committee 'no one likes Retro', you know there is no hope whatsoever.
The person in question couldn't be anymore out of touch, which is why certain supporters have been so successful in doing their own thing, off their own backs.

I remember West Ham fans wanting to buy our coaches skull & crossbones flag. We have a few USP's that have never been touched. It's a crying shame.
