Thought it would be good idea to start a thread, and continue, of any funny or memorable anecdotes of away venues we are about to visit?
Or even for some of you to admit you're a virgin at this venue?!
First one went ok, lets to see how this goes..
My first and foremost memory was an Eliot header equalising in front of us 1-1 draw a few years ago. Lucky to catch it because it was straight after half time! *hic!*

The Met Office record for 14th December 2013 is: "A deep low pressure system to the north of the UK on 14th brought strong winds and rain to many areas". That description doesn't do justice to the storms that battered the Globe Arena that day. Rovers should have won - but we lost.

I've seen us win there. 3-2, Anyinsah scored. There's a nice pub in Morecambe town centre called The Palatine, and not a lot else.

The first time that I went, I had an old address, and I arrived at the site of their old ground, which is now a Sainsbury's.

Brilliant entertainment, turned out to be the last game we would win after being in a losing position for about 3 years. I have always enjoyed all the pubs I've been to in Morecambe but can never remember names from one season to the next

It's always entertaining to sit with fish and chips by the Eric Morecambe statue watching people do the Morecambe and Wise dance.

I have only been there once. We won (3-2 I think) , and I took a pic of my son doing the Eric Morecambe 'dance' next to the statue. Err, that's it really.
