Moved to Friday night for no particular reason. ws. This is seriously annoying. How hard is it to fix a date at the start of the season? Surely they realise that some of us have to plan these games a long time in advance? I live in Stockholm so only get to 6 or 7 games a season and have to plan it a couple of months in advance due to flight costs. I guess me and the wife will probably just spend the weekend in London instead but I'm going to have to give up flying over at this rate.
My sympathies are with you.
I've bought a return train ticket for the Saturday from Manchester and now it's been moved at this stage. I've no idea why this decision couldn't have been made at the beginning of August, maybe somebody has an idea?

Probably the Cambridge Chairman didn't get given is free Rugby World Cup final tickets until this week? I can't for the life of me see why the fixtures been moved for a rugby game, particularly given England only now have a remote chance of making the final. If it was at the Mem how many Gasheads would give the game a miss to watch, say, a Australia v New Zealand final? God knows why the final's at 4pm rather than 8pm anyway is a mystery when all the England games have been evening kick Offs so far
