It sounds like the role I had at work once as an Employees Rep, a completely thankless task as staff raised concerns which I took to management who then completely ignored them.
Although surely our 2 x FD's already do this job anyway? As far as Clare's tweet about taking BoD matters to BSS surely most issues fans rosie need to go to the BoD if we can't answer them given the way the club is set up at present?

Have to say in all my dealings with Clare, I have had nothing but a brilliant service. Even when I've been in the wrong, she has taken time out to explain it to me and clarify. Lovely lady. And a bit hot without any conceit.. ill echo that, one of the best people at the whole club

Given the speed at which BR respond to questions and offers of help the acronym for this new post is so so apt!

Can I be really dim and ask what this role even is? There was a link in the posting above, try this: www.fsf.org.uk/slo/slo-faqs/#noneedAs I wrote, we'll see how well it works with BRFC, but with past history people would be right to have reservations. Looking at the suggested roles by the FA and UEFA it could be a full-time job, or possibly done by a committee member of BRSC (this would significantly boost its role as a figurehead of the fans and would disarm those who say it only organises 50:50s and away travel (which I know is vital work which is done well)). If BRFC does not respond then the FSF could get involved.
