If Lucas gets recalled can see Bliss moving to the land of the Fishermen

Wouldn't surprise me if Bliss went out on loan with the ability to call him back if needed, that being said I also think Clarke likes the different option that Blisset provides and so may choose to keep him for certain games.

Clarke said at the Q & A that he likes the different option that Blisset provides. Having said that, he probably wasn't expectying anyone to come in with an offer. If Grimsby have, then it could free up money in the pay bill for a signing we need more. The way Harrison, Easter and Taylor have started the season, I can't see Blissett getting much game time. I also think Jamie Lucas is a better medium term option if Darrell wants height in the forward line, and I believe we have a recall clause on his loan.
I quite like Blissett, and wouldn't neccessarily want to see him go, but sometimes you have to look at the biogger picture. Perhaps he could go on a three month loan, and if he does well, Grimsby may make us an offer in the January window? (BTW what's happened to the Grimsby striker who'se name is a shop - he looked quite useful).

I'd have expected him to be given a chance at this level before being deemed surplus to requirements. He's got something about him, he just needs coaching to get it all to come together.

The newspaper article seems a bit odd as why would DC turn down an approach for a player who didn't even make the bench on Tuesday? Did somebody like Padstow Gas suggest it was Bliss who didn't fancy the more not the club?

Unfortunately I think the best game I have ever seen him play was at the Mem, for Kidderminster. I thought he was a fabulous signing based on that single performance, as yet I have not seen him repeat it. I think it would be great if he went to Grimsby but only on loan. Hopefully he could regain his confidence and come back to the Gas rejuvenated. As Astavjefs said, he's got something about him

Unfortunately I think the best game I have ever seen him play was at the Mem, for Kidderminster. His second best was at Grimsby where he bullied their centre-half all game, won a couple of headers which played Taylor in on goal and was brought down for a penalty - unfortunately, as so often last season, Taylor missed the chances. He never showed that level of performance again IMO but the Grimsby manager may well be thinking back to that game in bidding for him.

Just seems in DC's view, if the rumours are true, that somebody has hidden the key?

Neither Blisset or Taylor are good enough to get us where we want to be, I am hoping that Easter can fulfill his potential.

Clarke usually keeps his cards close to his chest, maybe Bliss just has an injury...

Blisset to Tranmere it is. 1 month loan so good for both parties. Hopefully get game time, goals and confidence

Bad move in my view, Blissett is the only tallish forward player we have for games against the Northampton 6'4" type defenders to give us that option. He was played out of position and better running at defences. Easter has not got going yet.
Still DC sees him in training and has a firm idea of his formations and style of play.

the only thing I have heard Re: Blisset, is he is too nice and that possibly comes through in the way he plays i.e bullying of defenders

Clarke has said that Blisset didn't meet his expectations and that he got it wrong, perhaps you still see what Clarke thought he saw.
