Who was it slagging Stu Sinclair off, saying he'd never hack it in League football? Where is that poster now? Too early to tell. All we've seen is a no-show (not his fault) when played out of position and a good performance against a team in disarray. It was certainly too early to tell when folk were referring to him as a glorified fitnees trainer then, since that was in pre season.

I don't think its too early to tell - he is magnificent. He will play well at league 2 level and I am feel he will play at a higher level yet; itst a shame he has had to wait so long to prove it. What does the man have to do - he already has a higher work rate than virtually any on the pitch. He tackles very well. He generally leaps and heads accurately, almost like the leaping salmon that is Craig Disley. He is invariably accurate with his passes and has scored some great goals. When he settles down after the thrill of the first few games in the league, he is going to start scoring more. He does not shout or berate his team mates but leads by example and is inspirational to both team and crowd.

If we had a team full that had the attitude he has then it would be magnificent. His interviews come across as so enthusiastic and so honest. I loved it when he to,d it as it is, that being a footballer meant he got in at 09:30 and was home by 14:30. That his life as a coach meant 05:00 starts and 22:00 finishes. He is the real deal and so bloody refreshing to see this

And I think Daniel Leadbitter could have the same blood in his veins as Sincs, from what I have seen. I he carries on his progression, we will struggle to hold onto him.
