Sounds like he kept the score down with some good saves, worth a look?

Maybe?
We definitely need competition in that area.

Sounds like he kept the score down with some good saves, worth a look? You are joking. He is known for a howler every other game.

Chapman looked excellent from the little he had to do. Gets down fast for a giant. That save he made early 2nd half would have been a goal if Mildy was there.

I agree that save was awesome, inevitably overshadowed by the heroics in the other goal, but a very strong debut for Aaron. Nice to see how he built a quick rapport with the defenders too.

Krysiak is an accident that happens quite often and has happened against us quite often!! Yesterday his shot stopping was superb but that doesn't warrant looking at him. Chapman however is worth a good look. Can't say i agree with the way that Mildenhall situation has been handled ie telling him he is welcome to stay and fight for his place BUT won't get many first team games is hardly a performance inspiring comment especially to someone who has served the club so well. I can certainly see why he wasn't on the bench yesterday but feel DC's comments should have stayed behind closed doors. DC,IMO does overdo what he says at times and whilst that is "saying it as it is" as some put it..he is a Manager and sometimes does not act as such. That said ,he is a TOP MAN and I am sure the man to take us further.

It wasn't designed to be a "performance inspiring" comment though. It was basically him putting his foot on the pedal that makes the bin lid flip up.
Mildenhall was decent for us when he got here but has noticeably deteriorated during the time since. He's a nice bloke and I wish him well but he has been well paid for his time with us and if the manager sees him as surplus to requirements then I'm not going to argue with him trying to offload him.

But on the other side of the argument he is honest with the fans on these subjects and putting it out does kill off all these "in the know" incorrect rumours and counter rumours that would clog up this forum. On balance I prefer what he does rather than keeping it under wraps for some social media plonker to have a field day with. In all honesty 95% quite correctly of everything is kept inside the four walls of the dressing room, it's only these few sort of high interest subjects that are allowed (managed) to be be released. I am sure they both knew what was going to be said/ leaked to the public domain and bridges have not been burnt over it.

Fair enough. as I said some will see it differently and I personally feel DC went well beyond what was necessary. That is not to say I disagree with the decision.

Was Krysiak the Plymouth keeper when a long range shop went under him at the tent end? About three years ago?

Go to uni with an Exeter supporter who thought Krysiak was bloody awful for them.

Here if anyone remembers it, is his performance at the Mem for Exeter City.
Last piece of play is most relevant:
