How much are you hoping to spend? You're currently at the back of a queue of: a court order to pay £375,000 to Sainsbury's; our own legal costs, maybe of about £500,000, with a stated intention of throwing more money that way; £30 grand a month in interest payments to Wonga; £2.6 million to be paid to Wonga in 2 or 3 months' time; and an operational deficit.

We haven't missed McChrystal yet. Mansell definitely, and Monkhouse probably, but its a far cry from a "heart ripped out".

Buchanan might not have got his cross in had Lockyer been at RB.

I mentioned a temporary loan signing in the blog. I didn't mean we need to splash the cash, but we could do with someone with a bit of nous while Mansell and McChrystal recover.

Added to that a football club which is still shambolically run. But come 4.50 this afternoon, if we lose or draw the usual suspects will demand sacking the manager, getting quality players in and 'demand better Gasheads as we shouldn't be where we are.' People should just think for 5 minutes. The club is in the mire. Not not aimed at op.

O toole of all people should have been picked up in the box, players marking fresh air. But up to that point he was kept very quiet.

You just need one or two guys directing traffic that's all I'm saying. You can have the best drivers in the world but if no one is giving the right signals you end up with a car crash (sorry, just been on a 4-hour driver's awareness course for going 35 in a 30mph lol). Perhaps with you I should have made it train wreck, Crazy...

Buchanan might not have got his cross in had Lockyer been at RB. Lockyer was at RB when the cross came over, if he'd been in midfield I assume we would have tracked back with JJOT? It's easy to say we should be getting new players in but what player equivalent to McChrystal & Mansel is going to want to join Rovers for just a month right at the start of the season, when they are probably hoping to impress at their own clubs? Regardless there's sufficient cover at CB & CM anyway, where we need to sign players is on the wings and possibly at CF if Bliss isn't considered good enough.

We need an Andy Rammel type player, a strong striker not another lightweight.
