AWARD: Groundsman Eric Kingscott wins Groundsman of the Year for the Football Conference.
************
During the pre-season friendlies last year I criticised the groundstaff as the pitch didn't look in good nick. However, come the Grimsby game and for the whole season the Mem pitch was excellent and played a part in the way we were able to play some decent football at the Mem.
