The chances of this being passed are probably quite slim in the short term as it's an opposition MP presenting it.
If Rovers were being bought by a bunch of American investors though, supporters having the right to buy 10% of the club as a condition of any sale, plus being able to elect and remove 25% of the board would stir things up a bit!
Whether we'd be able to cobble together however much 10% was would be another matter...
