Sorry, but I offered a few years a go. The eternal response on this forum Unfortunayley though, like it or not it is true for a number of oeiole. Just look at the retail comittee recently? As.for the SC website it is greatly improved amd.easier to use than the OS, and doesnt need the childish bits on it

The eternal response on this forum It's almost as if your heroes refuse help, ignore people and treat them like crap, isn't it? I criticised the running of the club once or twice, but then I stopped aa I had the temerity not to stump up several million quid to buy it. Heroes? You'll have to help me with that one, are Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher god rest their souls now involved in running the SC? I'd concentrate your limited intelligence on counting up how much money you have because it certainly isn't a million quid.

Not me criticising is it, something you missed oh smart one. It was just a question. But it drew the exact response I expected.
So, in life you can only comment on things people are doing badly if you have offered to give time to make it better.

No the world survives on people sat on their fat arses moaning that they could do it better if only they could be bothered. So luckily you are a fully fledged member of a very big club. Give yourself a pat on the back you've done well tomorrow everything in the world will be right.

"You're not a millionaire" - what an insult, take me straight to the burns unit. I may never recover.

As a SC member and SS member I feel perfectly within my rights to comment on how the organisation performs.
Is that OK with you?

You'll comment whether it is OK with me or not but as you require my affirmation yes it is ok. I don't require anything from you so will keep commentating on those who criticise others whilst doing f**k all themselves

I found the colander thing childish and not what i want to see on an official website. As i say you can criticise those criticising who do f all as you put it, but the facts are there that many people have offered and either been ignored entirely or their input seemingly disregarded. The latest being some members of the retail committee who have struck out on their own. It comes to something when you see GD criticising the club on Twitter. I suppose he ought to keep his trap shut

The SC is there to represent the interests and opinions of everyone who follows our club, regardless of whether they are SC members or whether they do any work for the FC or SC. As such, we are all entitled to hold and express an opinion on how they perform.

Either way, it was all rather sad.
Didn't you get one, followed by a solicitor's letter with the threat of legal action for daring to have an opinion?
Even after independent forums arrived, didn't they still attempt to exercise a degree of editorial control?

When you believe that all the good things that ever happened to the club are a result of your genius, and all the bad things happened because people don't listen to your genius, humility is hard to come by.
Geoffrey often struggles with that.

Sorry, but I offered a few years a go. The eternal response on this forum Right lets go back to my original post "Looked at it tonight for the first time in ages. Was shocked it seems the supporters club is in the fight v Sainsburys" Tell me where in that comment it says that I am putting down the SC. I was shocked as there was more news about the legal fight than I had heard. Yes I do not agree with the silly graphics used. The SC website is a thousand times better than it used to be, so credit there. As for the eternal response, is it? I have had conversations with a few people at the SC. What qualities / experience do I have? well my family ran a successful business (builders / DIY merchants). 22 years logistic (warehouse and supply, won't bore you with qualifications). Have ran two businesses myself, and currently run one (as well as working full time). Have ran 4 music / beer festivals, might not seem relevant, but I hold brewery awards for cellar work and distribution. Add to all that, in my spare time I love web design etc. I am not biting, just putting it out there. The merchandising committee was a good idea pity it was not followed through. We all know the club has been haemorrhaging money, why oh why not use the skills are the fans, who love the club?
