Strange. I did not understand KPs post, it needed translation, as it made little sense to me.
Thanks to the mods I have learnt it was apparently slightly critical of a former alternative forum legend. This was a person I remember who was fond of dishing out a bit of criticism himself.
Apparently he is now an Exeter supporter or something. Good for him, I seem to remember he always loved the way they were run down there.
i assume from now on as soon as anyone posts anything slightly critical about anyone, including other forum members, the current board or any of our players the thread will be locked by the mods from now on ? If so it might become even quieter on here .....

Mods - You are overstepping the mark IMO. If THAT was an ATTACK on Kevin, then be consistent in applying this to the daily attacks on Nick Higgs or previously on Geoff Dunford.
Seems as inconsistent as Conference refereeing to me.

Nice ..... If the Mods on here don't like something they tried closing the thread. Too obvious, people will accuse the mods of being like something from North Korea. But our mods are clever ...... "To anchor a thread means that no matter how many replies the topic gets, it will continue to fall when other topics are made/updated." If they anchor the thread they hope it will fall to the bottom and all the users won't notice ..... Yeah OK. Given that censorship is part of the reason this forum started I guess they want us to all clear off to www.gaschat.co.ukLooking forward to this thread getting the anchor of death as well .......

His criticism of Higgs did turn out to be accurate though and that was what wound Higgs up the most. Any way, this is all old hat and very boring.

KS has said he is over it.
Im my opinion no one won out of the KS bannings so do we really want to keep throwing salt on the wound?
This thread has not been locked so as long as no personal abuse is hurled then discuss what you wish but it's old news and not something that should be clogging up the main forum topics.

No it has been set to fall to the bottom, a much more subtle way of controlling criticism of the mods. GD in his forum administrator days would have loved that little setting.
Think we all agree the KS thing is boring, however anyone like to explain trying to get this thread to drop like a stone as well .....

Fortunately there are other choices of forum, and people will vote with their feet.

Clogging up the main forum? Sorry Jeff, but that is nonesense. It is the closed season and the posting traffic is less than a quarter that of during the season. KP, who we know is a passionate individual reflected on a conversation (I presume online) that he had with a prominent individual in Rovers recent history. It in no way constituted an attack, yet more than one mod has chosen to instantly close down or anchor threads on the matter. The second thread that I started was locked - yet broke none of hte forum rules. This one has been anchored now and I can't see a genuine reason why.

It really doesn't matter though, does it? What doesn't matter. The ability to share an opinion on a Rovers related subject, without it being blocked. Yes it F'in well does to me.
